ABOUT US
The Moreno Dance Academy is a dance studio located in North Orange County, California and is the brainchild of former professional dancer, Christina Moreno (or as she likes to be called, "Miss Tina"). Her extensive dance training in Tap, Ballet, and Jazz allows The Moreno Dance Academy, to offer a myriad of classes for dancers.
We teach through the spectrum of ability levels: from toddlers and adults becoming familiar with dance, to pointe classes, advanced jazz and ballet. We also offer Zumba, the latin-inspired dance craze work-out for adults.
Miss Tina is a certified instructor of the Cecchetti method of ballet and Al Gilber tap and has been teaching dance in Orange County, Los Angeles County and Riverside County for many years. However, she aspired to open her own studio where she could cultivate students in an artistic manner that truly honors her passion. At the start of 2012, Miss Tina fulfilled her dream and opened The Moreno Dance Academy, where students can be taught to aspire to their fullest dance potential while building on a strong foundation.

Wonder what to do with the kids during the summer? MDA will be doing Summer Camp sessions for dancers. Ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, Broadway, musical theater, hula, tumbling/gymnastics are some of the themes we will cover. Guest instructors will be invited and children can learn to dance to various kinds of music while using a variety of props. Tentative dates: 6/24-6/28, 7/29-8/2, and 8/5-8/9 (ages will be determined later). Call to be put on the "Interest" list at (714) 693-0069.
